RCE Quality Manager
A Quality Manager has been appointed to audit the examination process and reports directly to the Chairman of the RCE Standards Committee.
The Quality Manager's responsibilties include:
- To audit the various administrative processes of the RCE and to ensure they are being performed according to the correct published procedures.
- To see that the relevant documentation is drwn up by the appropriate bodies, advising on consistency with QCA guidelines and ensuring their inclusion in the current copy of relevant documents as annexes to the RCE quality manual.
- To conduct a number of inspections of examination venues , of examinations in progress and of invigilators. Such inspections to be unannounced.
- To investigate any reports of non-compliance to procedures.
